If you recognise the look of this reversing camera from a branded kit (who will remain nameless) that was retailed at 2-3 times the cost of ours, then that is because we purchase it from the factory that used to produce them for the branded kits (before they went cheap and poorer quality). We could only purchase these once the branded seller stopped their purchases several years ago. Expect a great picture, no rusty brackets, super reliable, 4 pin waterproof screw connector, and the highest waterproof IP rating of IP69K.
Great Camera Build Quality - The factory that produces this reverse camera for us are one of our highest rated manufacturers of cameras. Faults are just unheard of, even after many years of being fitted. Handling the camera you can quickly tell it was constructed very well.
Premium High Resolution Sharp CCD Image Sensor - Our joint highest rated standard definition reversing camera image sensor (alongside the Sony 700tvl CCD). The image sensor installed in the camera will give you a lovely high resolution image, with great colour replication.
Built-in Microphone - This camera is fitted with a microphone. If you have a monitor that is equipped with speakers, this will allow you to hear what is going on close to the camera. Ideal if you need to listen to commands from people operating near to the rear of your vehicle.
Night Vision IR LED's - When night time arrives, your rear vision stays thanks to the IR LED's installed in the camera. The camera can use this light at night time to help you see hazards. The light will not be visible to other road users, but will be to your camera.

120° Wide Angle Camera Lens - A favourite lens angle for bracket cameras like this. 120 degrees is wide enough to see the entire rear of a Motorhome when mounted high up on the rear, without the image being distorted like you are looking out from a fishbowl. As you would expect from this factory, only the best quality lens is used in this reversing camera.
Unique Design Camera - This is an unusual looking bracket camera, not the usual public design. It has a premium look and finish to it.
4 Pin Screw Connector / Optional RCA Adaptor Set - Uses the most popular 4 pin aviation screw connector camera. We can supply an RCA adaptor set, which would take the 4 pin to an RCA phono plug, RCA phono coupler adaptor, DC socket, and a DC plug to red/black bare wires (with 3 amp inline fuse).

Mainland UK Shipping
We have three postage options to select from during checkout (on larger items eg kits there will be two options):
Royal Mail Tracked - Smaller / Lighter weight orders. This will be sent via Royal Mails Tracked Service. They will send emails/SMS to inform you of the tracking events. This option won't be shown for heavier weight orders.
DPD 2 Day. Small or large orders. This will be sent with DPD Local and should arrive within two working days (if you place the order before 12:30PM).
DPD Next Day. Small or large orders. This will be sent with DPD Local and should arrive the following working day (if you place the order before 12:30PM).
Highlands and Islands UK Shipping
We offer a 2-3 day service fulfilled with either Royal Mail Post, or Parcel Force. The prices charged are identical to mainland UK. Small orders will be sent via the post, larger orders via Parcel Force.
Outside of the UK Shipping
We shop around when selecting the best method for Europe (we avoid the cheap budget couriers due to parcels being lost). Southern Ireland is always sent via DPD. Other countries will usually be either Parcel Force, UPS, or Fedex. Please note that we require a phone number for international deliveries. Also if you are a company in Europe, a VAT number or EORI number will help speed up customs.
We remove the UK VAT (Tax) when any country other than the UK is selected in the shopping basket or checkout. From this point all prices on the site drop down to exclude VAT. If you are from the Channel Islands, please select Jersey / Guernsey from the country list in order to remove UK sales Tax.
60 day "Change of Mind" policy
We understand that for whatever reason you may need to return your purchase. We provide a 60 day opportunity for you to do just that. Simply give us an email or a phone call to let us know it is due back. You are responsible for the shipping back to us but you will receive a full refund including the original shipping we charged you for your order. We recommend getting a signed for or proof of postage when posting back to us.
All we ask is that you return the items in the condition they were sent in, with the packaging present. You are welcome to have temporarily tested the product and unravelled things, but if you have cut wires, soldered, glued, installed and used for a while then this wouldn't be suitable for returns under the change of mind policy.
