Twin / Dual Lens Rear View + Reversing Camera Kits
The twin lens aka dual lens camera supplied in all of the kits in this category are one of our most popular reversing cameras. It acts as both a reversing camera, and a rear view camera in one. The bracket is made from painted stainless steel, which is proven to stay in good condition for a long, long time (unlike mild steel versions).
The camera can either be mounted on the roof, although it is more commonly mounted on the rear wall. Both cameras can be adjusted up/down. Normally you would adjust the wide angle reverse camera to point down towards the bumper, whilst the narrow angle driving camera points back to view traffic driving behind you.
We stock both standard definition and high definition models. You can expect a good picture from both units.
Sony image sensors are used in our twin lens bracket reverse / rear view cameras above. On some kits you can choose to upgrade to the new Sony AHD high definition image sensors. Having said that, the Sony CCD that comes as standard is very good quality, and gives a lovely vibrant high resolution picture.
