Delivery Information

Why No Free Delivery?:

  • We don't offer free delivery to avoid hiding delivery costs within product prices. Keeping our prices low and charging for delivery ensures transparency. We strive to minimise delivery costs, preventing making a profit from delivery fees and maintaining fair pricing on all items for our customers. Shipping options can be seen in the shopping basket.

Mainland UK:

  • Royal Mail Tracked: Typically arrives within 2 working days for orders placed by 12:30 PM Monday to Friday, listed as a 1-3 day service for caution.
  • DPD 2 Day Delivery: Sent with DPD Local, expected to arrive within 2 working days for orders placed by 12:30 PM Monday to Friday. 
  • DPD Next Day Delivery: Sent with DPD Local, expected to arrive within 1 working day for orders placed by 12:30 PM Monday to Friday. 

Highlands/Islands UK:

  • Delivery can take up to 3 working days. Depending on weight and location, we use Parcel Force or Royal Mail Tracked (never one of the budget couriers). Currently ranging between £3.95 and £6.50 depending on weight/value (Same price as mainland UK).

Europe:

  • European delivery varies from a couple of days to a couple of weeks, using different methods based on the country and weight/value. Small items are usually sent via airmail, while larger orders tend to be handled by couriers. As of January 1, 2021, UK VAT is removed during checkout, and your own country's VAT will be charged upon entry, along with possible administrative charges.

Channel Islands:

  • Channel Islands delivery usually takes between a couple of days to a week. Small items are typically sent via Royal Mail, while larger orders are usually handled by a courier.

Outside of Europe:

  • Use our checkout for a delivery quote based on the items you want. If nothing comes up, contact us for a custom courier quote.

Safe Delivery Practices:

  • Some couriers allow you to select leaving the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property. Choosing this option means taking responsibility for the parcel. Neither the courier nor we can be held liable for losses if the courier confirms delivery to the wrong location. If concerned, consider not selecting these options, and check if the courier offers a local store pickup option.
